Role Overview
We’re looking for a full-time Logistics Coordinator to oversee our daily order processing, shipment management, and inventory control. You’ll play a key role in making sure every Aloura Jewellery package is delivered with care, accuracy, and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track daily customer orders
- Coordinate shipping and delivery with our logistics partners
- Manage stock levels and oversee restocking needs
- Monitor delivery issues and work closely with Customer Support to resolve them
- Prepare weekly logistics reports for internal review

Optimise fulfilment processes for efficiency and scalability
Who You Are
- You’re organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- You have 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce logistics or fulfilment
- You work well independently and take initiative
- You’re comfortable using Shopify, Excel, and shipping platforms
- You’re fluent in English and have strong written and verbal communication skills
